A lifelong athlete, Ryan grew up in Canada with a passion for playing ice hockey, golf and baseball. This passion developed into a career and today is a proud owner of a fitness studio @Studio14 in Zurich, Switzerland offering a variety of programs to eliminate physical imbalances and enhance overall well-being.
